Library Notice: Extended Hours During Exam Season

Dear readers：

With exam season approaching, to help our readers better prepare for their exams, the library will adjust the opening hours of the Main Library, Pao Yue-Kong Library, and Tsung-Dao Lee Library at Minhang Campus, as well as the New Upper Hall (The Arts & Humanities Branch at Xuhui Campus) from Monday, May 27 to Friday, June 21.

The adjusted hours will be as follows:

From Monday, May 27 to Thursday, June 20: 7:30 AM - 11:30 PM

On Friday, June 21: 7:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Normal opening hours will resume from Saturday, June 22.

The 24-hour reading space in the Pao Yue-Kong Library annex will remain open as usual from Monday to Sunday.

Additionally, the library will monitor and analyze daily usage and adjust open areas dynamically based on attendance and energy-saving considerations. Please refer to the seat reservation system for the actual availability of seats. 

Moreover, all seat reservation violations incurred before May 27 have been canceled, allowing readers to prepare for exams without concern. Any further adjustments will be announced separately. Please inform your fellow readers.

图书馆考试季延长开放通知

亲爱的读者：

       考试季即将来临，为使广大读者能够更好地复习迎考，图书馆对5月27日（周一）至6月21日（周五）闵行校区主馆、包玉刚图书馆、李政道图书馆以及徐汇校区社科阅览室的开放时间进行调整。5月27日（周一）至6月20日开放时间调整为7:30-23:30，6月21日（周五）开放时间调整为7:30-22:30。

6月22日（周六）起恢复日常开馆时间。

包玉刚图书馆联楼24小时阅览空间（周一至周日）照常开放。

      同时，图书馆将每天跟踪分析入馆情况，根据入馆人数、兼顾节能降耗，动态调整开放区域，请以座位预约系统实际开放座位为准。

      另外，所有读者在5月27日前产生的座位预约违约已全部取消，请各位读者安心备考。如有调整将另行通知，请各位读者相互转告。预祝大家考试顺利！
