Originally proposed the "homotopic analysis method" for solving the analytical approximate solutions of strong nonlinear problems, and is the founder of this method. Proposed a new numerical calculation strategy CNS (Clean Numerical Simulation) for solving chaotic dynamic systems, and cooperated with others to obtain more than 2,000 brand new periodic solutions for the famous three-body problem, increasing the number of periodic solutions for the three-body problem by several Order of magnitude, an effective strategy and roadmap are proposed for solving the periodic solution of the three-body problem. He has written 2 English monographs and published more than 170 SCI papers. The monographs and papers have been cited by him 10292 times (as of November 2020), and the H-index is 45.
