Dear students,

The final examination schedule for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester has been released. Relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

I. Website for Checking Final Examination Arrangements

Students may log in to the Teaching Information Service Website athttps://i.sjtu.edu.cnor access the “Study at SJTU” section in the My SJTU app to check their examination arrangements.

II. Final Examination Period

The final examinations will be held from June 22 to July 3, 2026. The examination sessions are arranged as follows:

1. Morning Session I: 08:00–10:00

2. Morning Session II: 10:30–12:30

3. Afternoon Session I: 13:10–15:10

4. Afternoon Session II: 15:40–17:40

III. Special Examination Durations

1. The actual examination duration for the following five      courses will be 1.5 hours:
        Outline of Modern Chinese History, Introduction to Mao Zedong      Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese      Characteristics, Basic Principles of Marxism, Ideology,      Morality and Rule of Law, and Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on      Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. Students are      advised to prepare carefully and pay attention to the specific examination      time.

2. Some courses offered by the SJTU Paris Elite Institute      of Technology, the School of Foreign Languages, and other schools may have      special examination durations or examination sessions. Please refer to the      actual arrangements.

IV. Contact Information

Students are requested to check their examination information independently. For any questions, please contact the course instructor, the academic affairs staff of the relevant school or department, or the Teaching Operations Management Office of the Office of Academic Affairs in a timely manner.

V. Important Reminders

Please refer to the attached Examination Instructions for Shanghai Jiao Tong University Students for detailed examination requirements.

1. Students must bring a valid identification document      with a clear photo, such as a campus card or original ID card. Students      without valid identification will not be allowed to take the examination.

2. During the examination, students are prohibited from      using electronic devices with storage, programming, search, communication,      or similar functions.

3. Students should enter the examination room 10 minutes      in advance. Students who are 15 minutes or more late will not be allowed      to take the examination.

4. For closed-book examinations, no textbooks or reference      materials may be placed around the student’s seat. For open-book      examinations, computers or similar electronic devices may not be used, and      students may not borrow paper reference materials from one another.

5. When the bell rings to indicate the end of the      examination, students must stop writing immediately and remain seated.      They may leave the examination room only after the invigilators have      collected and verified all examination papers.
