【Notice】Implementation of "Certificate Entry and Random Inspection Verification" for School Vehicles from May 19th

Dear teachers,

To alleviate morning rush hour congestion and improve the efficiency of vehicle entry into the school, a new system of "Certificate Entry and Random Inspection Verification" will be implemented for vehicles entering the school starting from May 19th. This system aims to achieve quick entry into the school while leaving a trace of the license plate. Please take note of the following procedures:

1. Registered vehicles within the campus: When entering the campus, please present the paper parking permit issued by the school for verification. The paper parking permits within the campus include the blue version for 2021-2026 (for faculty and staff vehicles) and the yellow version for 2023-2024 (for cooperating organization vehicles). Vehicle owners are requested to place the parking permit in a visible position on the front windshield to facilitate quick verification by security personnel. If a registered vehicle within the campus does not have a parking permit, entry can still be granted by checking the “Siyuan Code”.

The locations for processing paper parking permits at each campus are as follows (working hours):

2. Vehicles from the community: Vehicles from the community: After the vehicle owner and occupants complete the registration process, entry will be granted upon verification of the original ID card or by scanning “Shanghai QR Code”.
