Full upgrade of classroom borrowing function
In order to enable students and teachers to borrow the classroom of their choice, the classroom borrowing application has been completely upgraded and the "Classroom Resource Management System" is now online! Multi-entry borrowing, just one click, you can quickly borrow classrooms, classroom borrowing more convenient ~ ~
Expanded the scope of classroom borrowing - in addition to the Upper Campus and East Central Campus, the Central Campus, Lower Campus, East Upper Campus, East Lower Campus, Chen Ruiqiu Building, New Upper Campus, and Engineering Hall are now available for borrowing from 9 public buildings
New classroom 3D guide map - 360-degree view of classroom interior display
Newly added discussion room for students and faculty to conduct group discussions
Newly added cancellation of borrowing - can be cancelled in "Hand in my office" -> "Teaching service" -> "My borrowing"
Entrance 1
01 Open the "Task Center" App and select "Teaching Service".
02 Select "Sporadic classroom borrowing"
03 Start of "sporadic classroom borrowing"

01 Visit the Education Technology Center website and click on "Classroom Borrowing".

Notice
Classroom borrowing can be used for class meetings, club activities, lecture forums, departmental meetings, exercise classes, and single person use, etc. It cannot be used for commercial or film activities, and cannot be used for illegal activities.
Classroom borrowing for lectures and forums requires the uploading of approval materials from the Propaganda Department, the Liberal Arts Department and other relevant departments, and the process only includes the borrowing of classrooms, not the approval of lectures and forums.
Classroom opening hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00-22:00
You need to apply at least 1 working day in advance to use the classroom.
Saturday and Sunday for approval, please borrow at least 2 days in advance, the deadline for borrowing is 12:00 on Friday of the same week
The maximum period of classroom borrowing cannot exceed one semester, and cannot be borrowed across semesters.
If you apply for a classroom but do not use it, you must cancel the loan in time, and you cannot transfer the classroom to another person/organization for use or sharing.
