The entry process for visitors from outside the campus (including friends and family of faculty and students) has been changed from an approval system to a reporting system.

Details are as follows:

The entry of friends and family of faculty and students must be reported by individuals inside the campus. The reporting individuals must fill out the required information accurately. After submission, there is no need for approval, and the school will notify both the reporting individual and the visitor through "交我办" messages and text messages, respectively. Visitors can enter the campus by presenting the admission text message and their original identification card (or Shanghai QR code).

For students:

Open the "交我办" app, click on "Campus Management" >> "Registration of Students' Relatives and Friends Entering the Campus".

For faculty and staffs:

Open the "交我办" app, click on "Campus Management" >> "Declaration of Entry and Exit of Off-campus Personnel".

Entry processes for students, faculty and staff children, retired personnel, and alumni remain unchanged.

Exit Process:

For the sake of convenience, there is no need for identification verification when leaving the campus. Pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles can automatically exit through the pedestrian gate using infrared sensing/face recognition. Campus vehicles (excluding blacklisted vehicles) can exit the campus through the rising arm gate after deducting the number of parking hours from the account associated with the vehicle. Non-campus vehicles (excluding blacklisted vehicles) can exit the campus through the rising arm gate after paying the parking fee.

各单位、师生：

即日起，校外访客（师生亲友、校外人员）入校申报流程由审批制改为报备制，具体如下：

报备流程 师生亲友、校外人员入校由在校人员代为申报。请申报人按照要求准确填写信息，提交后无需审核，学校将通过“交我办”消息和短信分别通知申报人和入校人员。

入校人员可凭入校短信、身份证原件（或随申码）入校。

打开“交我办”APP,点击“校园管理", 教职工亲友、校外人员、校内师生、教职工子女、离退休人员、校友进出校流程不变。

出校流程

为方便通行，出校时已无需进行身份核验。

行人及非机动车可通过人行闸机的红外感应/人脸检测功能实现自动开闸出校；校内车辆（非黑名单车辆）抵扣账户内停车小时数后自动抬杆出校。校外车辆（非黑名单车辆）支付停车费后抬杆出校。
