Opening hours of the Baoyugang Library Joint Building: 

Monday to Sunday 24-hour

Entry requirements:

Readers are required to tap in through the gantry with their campus card, V card or scan the QR code in order to enter the library.

From 08:00-22:30, enter and exit via the gantry at the first floor of Baoyugang Library main building and head towards the Joint Building reading room through the fourth floor terrace.

From 22:30-(the next day)08:00, enter and exit via the north gate of Baoyugang Library Joint Building and head towards the reading room from the gantry at the north of the fourth floor. (Doors on both sides of the fourth floor will be closed)

Reservation guidelines:

From 22:00 onwards, reservations for the following day can be made, the time of reservation can be selected until 23:59 at most.

However, from 24:00 onwards, readers are allowed to continue using the seats until 07:00.

If the reader scans the code on the seat and selects “Leave temporarily”, the seat will be reserved for 90 minutes; otherwise, the seat will be released once the reader taps out from the building.

Terms of use:

Readers that have reserved a seat have the highest priority to use it. Kindly sit according to the reservation made beforehand, do not move the tables or chairs freely, occupying seats is also not allowed.

Please follow the instructions given when using self-service equipment such as the printer, feel free to approach the library staff if any problem occurs.

Should there be a violation of the terms stated above, readers will be banned from making library reservations for two days.

联楼开放时间：

周一至周日 24小时开放

进入途径：

读者通过图书馆门禁系统刷校园卡、交大V卡、思源码入馆。

8:00-22:30，由包玉刚图书馆主楼一楼闸机出入馆，经过四楼露台进入联楼阅览室

22:30-次日8:00，由包玉刚图书馆联楼一楼北侧大门进出，并通过四楼北侧闸机出入阅览室。（四楼露台两侧的门关闭）

预约指南：

△22:00起可预约次日座位，座位使用最晚可预约至23:59

△24:00之后读者可继续使用该座位至凌晨7:00

读者扫描座位码，点击“暂时离开”，座位将保留90分钟；如未选择“暂时离开”，则出馆门禁刷卡后，座位将自动释放，结束使用状态。

使用规范：

预约座位享有最高使用权。请自觉按照预约座位落座，不得自行移动桌椅，不得占座。

请按操作规范使用打印机等自助设备，如有问题请咨询服务台工作人员。

如读者未按规定使用，违约将暂停2天的预约资格。
